Not every transformation in The Pirate's Fate is based on the main treasure the crew seeks. Sometimes you just get tempted by a totally inconspicuous bottle of liquid.
So, one of our pledge options in The Pirate's Fate allows supporters to fund a side story for the main crew, which can include a transformation, weight gain, muscle growth, etc. Instead of posting a conventional announcement about the game I thought it would be fun to post a few "what ifs" that could be done with this pledge.
Remember, our campaign ends August 15 , so the deadline to pre-order the game, put your character into the project, or fund a side story like this is fast approaching!

And I'm glad you liked it! I'm not sure I'll get all of them done. I just about finished the TamTam idea from the stream. Currently I have a big Mila scenario I need to whip up outside of the AP idea that was streamed, then Darious, and Leeko. If I can get those done, I can then attempt a third round of scenarios, which I feel the AP Mila one would pace well into.

I know you said on an earlier post that effects from these side quests may or may not be permanent depending on choices made (at least I think you said that). That said, I'm wondering, can these effects be combined? Like gaining weight and turning into a muscle shark, combining to create a muscle gut shark transformation.
That's a good question. First off, to clarify, side quests can carry into the main plot, yes. So for example, if Morgana turns into a shark, she will be a shark going forward.
We are certainly not opposed if someone wants to fund a "combination" for transformations, such as shark and pie shop Morgana's effects stacking onto one another. It would be a fun way to further entwine transformations into one another. However, barring that kind of support, doing a combination of transformations would result in one of two needs, either to draw an entirely new set of art assets showing a musclegut Morgana on top of drawing out shark, fat, and thin Morgana, or doing a Photoshop composite of the two. I don't feel the latter would hold up in quality, and we have to be extremely careful not to overextend our art budget to do additional art assets.
