Man, I didn't even considered the incestous angle, though, it makes sense. And yes, there wasn't much thinking about her design: just maker her body somewhat slimmer, stick those tentacle things on her head in lieu of "long hair" and slap the color pink on her and BAM! Girl Stitch!
