Yoyo child is best gem

I'm so happy Steven finally fused with another gem, I was starting to worry he lost the ability to fuse with gems in exchange for the ability to fuse with humans. Now we just need him to form a bridge and start allowing new human-gem fusions, like all the crystal gems and Connie or maybe some huge Beach City-Crystal Gem mash up for some huge super battle.

I love Smokey, but I do worry about that partial third arm, gem fusions have previosly only had even numbers of limbs and generally fully formed ones, I worry Steven's gem fusions might be less stable or something.

Man this is so cool

I just love fusions so when Smokey quartz appeared I just squealed

I was literally squealing when i saw this beautiful yo yo child!

As soon as I saw this fusion ... ... ... I knew they weren't going to talk about it for at least another eps.

I mean, real, character driven logic would state that as soon as Steven met up with Garnet, he would scream out "WE FUSED!!" no matter what other things were going on at the given time.

But I knew that the show, the people behind it, would most definitely induce some kind of crisis that would give them an excuse to wedge fluff and filler drama so that we don't get that light hearted talk immediately after. It's probably going to come up as some kind of pained after thought.
