When doing a photo shoot for a casino breakfast buffet ad like this, you'll have to expect that most of the food items are fake, and certainly the strawberries are made out of slush-cast urethane and the pancakes are airbrushed foam mats and so on, but oddly enough the butter they used on this shoot is actually real butter. Go figure.
