jerberjer has done another great Crimestrikers design! Meet Arcana, the dragoness (technically, she's more of a Draconic Humanoid) who was assembled from the DNA of Creaturian dragons, who were hunted to extinction long ago. Created as a tool for evil, she rebelled and chose to join the Crimestrikers. Since Arcana's origin is similar to the original Serpentor, it's fitting that Jerberjer has chosen a background that's similar to the 1980s G.I. Joe action figure packages. Thanks for yet another great pic, Jerb!Edit: I've replaced the original pic with a slight revision. The jewel in the sword has been redesigned because I thought it looked a little like the Eye of Thundera from Thundercats.
