Doma's workout with Kyle continues.
After warming up on the treadmill and exercising his legs, Kyle takes Doma to the weight room to build up his arms and chest. Kyle flexes for Doma a bit and lets the fox feel his strong arms and pecs to motivate him. Now Doma is eager to get arms and a chest like Kyle. However, Doma isn't strong enough to lift as much as Kyle. But the buck assures him that he has to start small and work his way up. So Doma lies down on the bench and Kyle hands him a barbell with a few small weights on it. Doma begins lifting the weights. Good thing Kyle made him start with small weights, he began to struggle after only a few reps. But Kyle keeps his eyes on him, he wasn't about to let the fox get hurt by dropping the weights on himself.
Kyle: Don't worry Doma, I'm right here to help. I had to start there too, so you are NOT a weakling. After a while, you'll be able to lift more. So keep at it pal!
Those words helped Doma to relax and lift at a steady pace. As he lies there on the bench and looks up at Kyle's body the whole time from his deer outie bellybutton to his sixpack abs to his strong chest, to help him stay focused and motivated. After 50 lifts, Kyle took the weights and let Doma relax again.
