That is some fabulously messy stringy hair! I can imagine Cobalt swings his hair back and forth and everything goes into slow motion, doing close ups as his hair waves all over the place and his face. Look at him being all adorable with those timid, bashful eyes, sparkling in aquatic blue and yellow as he sits there on his rump shirtless and pantsless, showing us the goodies that is his creamy feet. (Well and his cute self, just look at him, its like he is making puppy dog eyes at me) He is so cute like that, being all embarrased like that, but don't worry Cobalt, I'll start nice and easy on ya, as you lift those big ole chunky feet right in front of me to oogle at. Sheesh, his feet are bigger than his head just about, not that I mind, the lovely soft white cream of his feet along with his darkish blue skin is really charming. And he has such bony ribs too, just like my irl self, I'm a bony guy as well, so I can relate. You've made his hair so stringy and wild and I must admit, I like the look very well as I find this a crazy but styled set of hair. Now, about those feet of his....while he looks so cute like the good boy he is... I think I'll start by placing my palms right under his heels, then giving his heels a little slap with them before starting to violate his heels with my fingers, rubbing my fingers all up into thier cushy skin as my brain starts ozzing out. Such a nice boy for holding his feet out for me, I'll give my palms a sniff after a bit of rubbing those heels (and what lovely wrinkles he has) before I go on to getting closer to his feet, getting ready to have waaaay more fun with them. But..I suppose I might be talking to much right now. I should cut myself short. XD But he looks so cute..and looks like he needs to be cheered up. Maybe if I go ahead and slide my fingers between his 4 bobbly wobbly toes on each foot, before giving little firm squeezes and pressing my snout agianst his cushy tootsies. Oh! I'll be on my knees and as my fingers are still between his toes, I'll crawl on my knees closer and closer to him, bending his legs and knees closer and closer to him as I blush more and more, before my face gets extremely close to him...and then smootching his nose. A cute skinny boy like him should be cheering up........................and then I'm raspberrying his naked skinny tummy and scratching between his toesies!
