artist appreciation 2 goes to  RainbowFoxy for reasons that should be fairly obvious

she is an incredibly accomplished artist in so many different ways

i first liked her art when i came across a few perspective drawings of hers and i thought they were really well done
since then however, her attention to detail, shading and anatomy has given her a style that you can stare at for a while and be more impressed the longer you look

i tried to reflect the attention to detail and shading in this drawing and i gotta say, this is my best digital piece to date
(also tried my hand at a slightly blurry background and while the bookcase is a bit ornate, i think it's my best background too)

foxy, i've never been more impressed oogling at someone's art because i never know if you used a different medium or if the detail will continue if i zoom in or if your next post will be a joke or dorky expression (this one comes to mind: http://66.media.tumblr.com/3908f4c7.....dx9o1_1280.jpg )

you have inspired me to push myself and try new things with my art and that is true creative inspiration




along with this piece, i think appropriately, comes an apology. we didn't really leave things at a good point.
i was overzealous with my collab idea and didn't communicate it very well to you and the rest of my life at the time was a little crazy so i put off giving you an explanation and i never got back to it.

it has been far too long and i need to bury this guilt, i'm sorry i was such a dickbutt and i hope you can forgive me and we can be friends again
