That is the name of the American/Canadian English voice actor who did the dumping for the English version of Sailor Moon. She voiced the character of Rini. I think she did voice acting in a few other cartoons as well. She was a television program host for a while on a little network here in Canada was kind of the strangest thing because she was my age or a little bit older and look like a little kid. She was like 4 foot something and look like about a 12 year old. If I remember correctly, she's only a year or two younger than myself. Haven't heard anything about her sense around 2000 or 2002. I wonder if she's still doing voice over work Rini was the sound of her actual voice. She didn't do any voice changing when she voiced that character. She literally looked and sounded like this little kid, but was actually quite a bit older.
