I found another way to make an entire ragdoll into a stretchable prop~
Here are the instructions :
1) Spawn the ragdoll.
2) With the Animated Prop Tool (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=120629004), spawn an "animated" prop version of the ragdoll.
3) Use Advanced Bone Tool (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=279079869) to pose (and fatten).
4) Squish and stretch with Prop/Collision Resizer (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=217376234).

And yes, posing my hat on myself in Gmod can be really frustrating... so to compensate for that loss, I changed the style of my eyes~
