This is a drawing of my fairy character Seiji. I based him off of the Sailor MoonSuperS character Peruru, but over time he devloped his own personallity.

He's a little flirt he is. **giggles**

^^ Peruru was my fav character, that's why I enjoyed basing a character off of him.
