So I tried drawing a Frogadier in a custom pose... I kinda liked the result of the sketch so I decided to color it... I colored it and then I want to practice lighting and shadowing... But with no BG to set up the light scheme, I couldn't do it... So let's do a BG... But the BG is not on par with the detail of the character... So let's do stuff with the BG... Wait, now I have to do it on the character as well... Good... Now let's add some contrast to it! Right... Getting feedback... Oooo... Highlights right? So let's add that as well... HOLY CRAP THE DRAWING IS AMAZING!

Yup... That was the thought process. Very happy I managed to pull that off. The Buizel drawing from earlier taught me some stuff on shadowing and lightning... I simply pushed it further. And I'm very happy with the result! Hope you guys like it as much as I do!
