Alter as Delsin Rowe from inFamous: Second Son.

Now, I've never played Second Son myself (though it was one of the reasons, next to Bloodborne and Street Fighter V, why I got a PS4 in the first place) but the backstory of this image is that when Alter's design came in from NikaEvanlish , she told me that one of the ideas she'd had in mind was Delsin. So the same way I have Alter in the form of a certain character from Devil May Cry 4, I thought it was only right that I show him in this outfit as well!
