Shivers, cold spells on my back, nausea, restlessness, wanting to cry, wanting to puke, a feeling of dread.
Why can't this just stop already, Jesus Christ I wish I didn't get distressed so easily, to experience emotions more normally, that'd be a dream.

Let yourself cry just to get it out.
Take some "Me-Time". Sit with your favorite movie or your favorite music and doodle something fun just for yourself. Something that always makes you smile.
Working with this kind of thing can be really hard, but the thing I've found that helps the most is distractions. The more you focus on it, the worse it becomes. And the worse it becomes the more you focus on it. It's a horrible cycle, really. So if you can distract yourself, it'll start to lessen.
