one random idea while my mom gave me a scare of her finding out if her own recent illness was cancerous in nature.
A young man managed to save the Leprechauns and the Faeries from a brutal battle (granted it would of spanned his entire backyard making cook out a dangerous mess) as a reward both kingdoms sent him their most treasured lady ships for marriage. Now he has to try and figure out how to get out of Marriage with girls the size of his sisters dolls while keeping himself and the rest of his family safe from the two unknown troublemakers rivaling for his attention!
As a Harem it'd require 3 more types of tiny creatures to make this even funnier....just not sure what yet XD

Bonus points if in the first episode all the girls who are battling for him gain the ability to suddenly become normal sized...though their clothes don't. Oh and of course the ability isn't entirely under their control/has various awkward triggers. Comedy/nudity ensues!
Hmm, a mouse-girl would perhaps fit in well for the diminutive set, or squirrel or some other small woodland creature girl. She (or her family/village) nearly ended up as collateral during the super-powered mini-battle until he stopped it/stepped in.

Mmm, two woodland creature villages send their own girls (with their own village rivalry) and then for the next girl or two you get one or two diminutive aliens as well? With their own rivalry so you get a 3/6 way battle with sides that shift almost randomly (the magical, woodland creature, and alien sides bicker violently against each other, but if they'd have to lose they'd prefer at least to have their "faction" win.)
Oh and to top it off, on the final episode of season one he finds out he has to somehow make all 6 get along/marry him willingly of their own free will or the universe will end because of *lazy, plothole filled reasons*. And he's not allowed to tell them *why* he has to balance dating/hitting on all six.

for more girls why not try some nythms. like his house is more on the out skirt of town so his bck yard has a view trees. one of thee tree spirit loved the guy since he was a little baby playing under her branches. seeing the two other magical creature are trying to get him she takes her change shows her self to him. she can use a sort of petal dance and hypnotoces people so the dont question the new girl in the house.
