On Spooki's tail to the right of the picture I stupidly laid my hand in wet ink from the quill.
The white ink I have only proves to turn it grey and I don't want to digitally edit it due to the problems that may arise while coloring it traditionally if anyone has any ideas that might fix my dumb little oops please let me know.
If not I might redo this picture...Again.

Instead of white ink, have you tried correction fluid like "White Out?" Other than that, I might reccommend cutting out a small slice of paper, just big enough to cover the mistake, glue it in place and redraw over it. To tell you the honest truth, I didn't think anything was wrong with the image until you mentioned it. I thought you were using an ink wash on the character's tail.
Whiteout would run with the markers, as does the white ink that's why I'm having such a problem with it... I was thinking about getting white quill ink, because it might set differently.
The cut out is my last resort if I cant fix it, thank you though. I might have to trial and error with the white out on something and see if it does run with the markers cause it may not I haven't ever tried. :3

Yeah... You might have better luck with the white ink than with white out. I think Higgin's super opaque white might do the trick, but I haven't used the stuff in years. There's a brand of opaque ink out there which has a funny, double name like "Winston Guptil," or something like that which will cover almost everything, but it's VERY expensive. My Artist-friend Karena used to get the stuff to flow through a OOO technical pen too. Other than that, a cheap way to solve the problem might be to get some super opaque white Guash watercolor, or acrylics. Then considering the unpredicable nature of your markers, I'd say the cut out idea might be the best bet. Like my dear, old departed friend Kelly Freas would say, "Never show the Boss your originals."
Sorry for rambling... I do that a lot lately.

I would suggest, like steamfox mentioned, gluing a piece of carefully cut paper in the mistakes' place, its a perfectly legit. practice in the illustration industry called "patching".
Using any dollar store (cheap glue stick) actually works really well and isnt always that visible either.
