Tepig found the shrinking spray and come up with idea to eat two of his friend Snivy and Oshawott, Tepig didn't use it too much, they not shrunk too small but enough size for Tepig swallow them whole with single gulp! poor Snivy and Oshawott...hope Tepig change his mind and let his friend go...or digest ending... i guess?
