Wanted to do something akin to Catwoman / Black Cat , and suddenly had an idea to make a anti-heroine that, while willing to protect her city, she doesn't do it for FREE, and will on occasion steal from high security banks for fun and profit.
Also thinking of making her based around the city i live in, Syracuse. Will work more on her later.
