Flat colored YCH for 
Was told that the outfit should be in a Fairy-Kei style (which I am completely unfamiliar with) so I took a while looking it up and doing my best to do all the lil details to it.
Sorta made the bows/ring with shiny Sylveon colors since its Fairy-Kei, why not tie in a fairy type Pokemon? x3
