well i notice some mistakes =/ i made his head look big.... it should of been a little smaller so the body won't look too , thin , besides that the weapon needs work =/ just a little.....and the flower at the bottom left , too plain! XD , wel i want to get the OK from him and see if this is all right for him before i go on to inking it! XD
Looks good to me! A couple of suggestions.
His ears are a bit pointy, but a bear's ears are pretty round. Check these out for reference:

Another suggestion - and I'll leave this part to your judgment as the artist, because it might not work out - is that you might try experimenting with the position of the hammer. A war hammer is a pretty large weapon, and with the hammer's head being so large and situated right behind the character's face, it competes with the character for attention. You probably want the face to stand out in the picture without anything detracting from it.
Play around and see. Changing the hammer's position may in fact not be good for the picture and you might even end up liking this one the best.
One other small thing. I know hands are really hard to draw, but try moving his left hand (on the right side of the picture) so that it's resting more on top of his thigh. Hiding it behind the leg doesn't look like a very natural position. I know that's harder to pull off, and it's not strictly necessary, but practicing this will help you a lot as an artist.
Whatever you do, don't get discouraged - it looks great. I really like the cloak, and his stance is really good!
Thank you for working so hard on it!
