This is more of a practise art, practising a more realistic face and practising colouring.
Though as I made it, to me, it almost seems as though it says 'Break away from the dark, firey hate in life. Instead shine your true colours, whatever those colours may be and be happy.'
Again, interpert it however you wish.
Also I think it looks a bit abstract...Hmm...
