NESSIE is the aternate of UNIT (United Nations Intelligence Taskforce) controlled by NATO Command, They are lead by a general usually american the current leader Brigadier General H.G. Roddenberry of the United States Army. He is one of the best officers who rose through the ranks. He leads one of the best equipped strikeforces it has the supersonic VTOL (vertical take-off landing) British fighter Spitfire, German Puma tank, and American Mecha suits Neantherdal and Tyrannosaurus-Rex. They are tied to paramilitary organization called NESSIE (NATO Extraordinary Situations Strikeforce International Equipped), NESSIE is kind of organization like SHIELD or GI Joe.
