This is a Collab work with
CreamsicleCat where I made a story about the Zebra Thurston (One of the side characters in the Disney's TV-Show "The Lion Guard"), and she makes an image about it later.
The events in this story are inspirited by a scene in the episode "The Imaginary Okapi" where the Okapi in question leads a hungry Leopard into the Zebra herd, and when the Zebra's all run in panic their cowardly leader Thurston ends up landing right on top of the predator! He asks to not be eaten, when the Leopard replies that it is only after the Okapi. (Leading to Thurston to feel very offended that he was not "Good Enough" to be eaten.)
This is basically a made-up story on what could have happened next to the Zebra leader's stubbornness about proving his point went too far! XD
Here is now a few links to stuff that
CreamsicleCat herself made based on my story.
Here is Thurston being passed off by the predator, and deciding to do something about it! XD

This is also my first ever fan-writing on "The Lion Guard", so feel free to leave a comment on what you thought about this story.
Thurston and other characters belong to Disney.
Thurston was a very easy Zebra stallion to notice.
He was not only the leader for the herd that was settled in Pride Rocks, but he was also very known for seeing himself as the most "Important" and "Attractive" of all-male zebras out there.
He was however not the most bravest of leaders, as only the slightest feeling that something wasn't right would cause him to startle in place and shout "Panic and Run! Panic and Run!", before having him and his whole herd running all over the place with no idea or plan on what to do next.
And during times when there was Hyenas that was trying to hunt down the herd (Which happen from time to time) he was always believing that it was HIM that the hungry scavengers was after first and foremost, and therefore felt that he was also known as "The Number 1 Prey" amongst all the Predators in the Savannah. (Which was something he would regret to see himself as later.)
It had all been taking place on what had seemed to be just another sunny day filled of grass eating and pretty much nothing, when suddenly the great Thurston noticed that he and his fellow zebras had company.
It was no predator this time, but he was still not fully sure on what to call the thing he saw.
It had the legs of a Zebra, but more the body of a Giraffe (If a lot more shorter.), and the whole mystery of it all was just something Thurston couldn't have remaining unknown.
He walked up to the friendly looking stranger and asked him directly the question if he by any chance was just a very odd looking zebra. When the stranger responded that he wasn't then the fear's inside the alpha male was starting to set in, as for him anything he didn't know fully about could be considered a threat!
The strange animal was more than happy to explain that he was in fact an Okapi, but Thurston was also one that liked to show that he always knew everything (Even though he didn't most of the time.) as he took the time trying to toss out several guesses on what the stranger might actually be.
Phrases like "A short Giraffe" or "A fancy Antelope" came out of Thurston's mouth before the Okapi suddenly looked terrified by something behind the zebra and shouted out "A LEOPARD!"
Funny enough Leopards was also another species that usually lives very far from the Pride Lands, but once the Okapi explained to Thurston that it was indeed a dangerous predator the leader of the herd shouted out his famous "Panic and Run! Panic and Run!" and had once again his fellow zebras running around the area in pure panic!
Luckily for all the zebras the Leopard had only his eyes set to hunt down the Okapi, so for the moment it was only the strange hybrid animal that was in any sort of trouble.
However just when the hungry predator was about to attack a panic filled Thurston came charging right into wild cat!
Thurston was right now laying on top of the now hungry AND angry cat, and the Okapi took the chance to escape from the place.
Now knowing that he was closer to his end than ever before Thurston pleaded and cried out for the Leopard to not eat him, to which the hunting cat responded that he was to busy hunting for someone "A lot tastier than you." to be bothered with the zebra leader.
He then got himself free from under the big prey and continued his hunt for the Okapi again.
Knowing that he had been this close to end up as a meal for that scary looking leopard Thurston should feel both glad and relieved, but having heard that this particular hunter actually was passing him up for something else actually Offended the great zebra in a way!
"Well, I have never been so insulted in all my life!" He said as he stomped one of his front hoofs down into the ground hard in anger.
"Would I not be tasty enough for someone like him to eat?! I mean, just look at me!" He said as he started to look at his own body as much as he could. "Just look at these strong legs that could be a real treat for any predator! If my juicy hindquarters can attract all the females zebra to be near me, then why not the same with this guy? And how anyone can even stare at the big hanging belly of mine and still pass me up is beyond me!"
After doing all the observing of himself he was actually starting to feel like a girl that thought she was pretty and then gets rejected by the guy she wants to date, and was starting to wonder if he actually didn't look "good enough" to eat?
"It can't be! It simply can't be!" Thurston said to himself as he feared he was starting to lose his "leader image".
"All the female Zebras wants to be with me, all the male Zebras wishes they could be like me, and all the Predators always tries to hunt me down! If one of those three things are wrong then how do I even know the other two are right?!"
That's when it hit him just what he needed to do.
"I must fix that small error and make myself an even more tastier looking Prey! That will show that "snobby" Leopard just what a treat I am!" Thurston announced proudly to himself.
Feeling like he needed to put on some effort in order to get noticed Thurston had a very clear idea of what to do as he started to eat, and eat, and eat all the grass his belly could hold in order to make himself stand out more!
"Somebody tastier than me! I mean really?!" Thurston was muttering to himself in-between mouthfuls of grass, as his belly was starting to go from "noticeable full" to "uncomfortable full"!
Some of the other zebras in his herd saw how their leader was eating himself silly, and while concerned if he was feeling alright they still knew that it was their leader here, and therefore he had the right to do as he pleased.
It wasn't until he felt that he might collapse if he eats another one that he quit eating, and by then he had one impressive bulge of a belly hanging down!
It was so big now that if he had been a female zebra then it might have looked like he was very close to give birth to a foal! It was hanging down pass his knees, and while just being grass it did feel like he had packed on about 60 pounds in his midsection!
"Huh!" "Pant!" "I really hope that this foul beast will notice me now!" Thurston said as he was starting to wander off to find the Leopard.
After getting knocked over by Thurston earlier the Leopard had to start from scratch again to try and find the escaping Okapi, and while such a rare animal had a very special scent it was very hard to smell where he had been heading when it was getting mixed up with the scents coming from all the other animals living here.
He was so focused having his face down at the ground sniffing that he didn't notice that he walked right into something big and soft, and upon looking up he saw that it was the now very fat belly of Thurston.
"I see you got "attracted" by my new belly. Bet you just feel like sinking your long, sharp, teeth into this beauty." Thurston said as he lifted up one of his front legs and started to rub his belly with it in an almost "seductive" way to make the Leopard want to eat him.
"Listen buddy. I am looking for a very rare threat! And the last thing I need is for someone like you to create a big roadblock for me!" The Leopard said as he took and started to crawl on the ground in order to get pass Thurston, which resulted in him rubbing up against the big zebra gut. (That Thurston actually kinda liked, given how comfortable the fur rubbing against his taunt belly felt.)
"Are you really sure? Cause my flanks have also grown a little bit since last time!" Thurston shouted back as he shakes his big butt towards the Leopard, who in return just gave a very annoyed "growl!" before going on with his hunt.
"Man! This is even harder then I imagined it would be!" Thurston said to himself. "Just what does a Zebra have to do in order to become a prey to this picky predator?"
And just then Thurston actually spotted the Okapi, (as it was trying to hide in a bush) and knowing that this was the prey the Leopard seemed to care about more then him really made him angry.
"You! It is your fault that I was not considered "tasty enough" for that Leopard fellow! Just wait until I get my hoofs on you!" Thurston shouted as he started to charge towards the bush the Okapi was hiding! (But because of his grass filled belly his charging speed was quickly reduced to a very slow waddling as he got very short of breath, giving the Okapi lots of time to escape from him.)
"That's right!...Pant!...You better run!...Huh!...Or I would be giving you a real lesson!" Thurston said as he saw the Okapi was now long gone and the place was empty.
But as he was breathing in heavily to get some air Thurston's nose managed to pick up something.
A scent.
The scent from the Okapi was super strong as it was just a few moments ago he was here, and knowing that the Leopard was still on the hunt following every trace it's "precious prey" was taking meant that he would show up at this very spot very soon.
"I think this gives me a new idea." Thurston thought to himself as he wandered off in order to collect a few things before the Leopard would be here.
About 15 minutes later the Leopard was still searching for that sneaky Okapi. (And the longer this hunt was going the hungrier he was getting!)
The traces were leading him straight to the group of bushes, and when he saw movements coming from them he was fully sure that he had his prey now.
He carefully sneaked closer before jumping right into the bushes, shouted "Time to eat you now, prey!", and was just about to send his teeth deep into it when he saw it wasn't what he was looking for.
Instead of finding the Okapi it was that big bellied Zebra from before, but this time he was laying in the middle of a ring made out of different kinds of fruit that he had been collecting and placed around himself. The zebra himself was laying on his back with his large gut fully exposed, and with an apple placed in his mouth!
"I see you finally have caught me now! So I guess this is the end of me, and I have no other choice than to accept that I am just going to become a meal for you." Thurston said while holding the apple in his hoofs, before placing it back in his mouth and awaiting the Leopard to do his part.
"Did you mess up the traces of the Okapi?!" Was what the Leopard said as he seemed a lot angrier now at Thurston then he had been before! (And the Zebra seemed to regret now trying to get the predator's attention.)
"Do you have any idea how hard it will be now for me to follow him?! I might not even be able to pick up the scent again!" The Leopard said as he then started to walk around and try to think out a new way to recover the traces.
"What is even the deal with you to not understand what I am saying?! I want to taste the meat of the Okapi cause it is one of the most rare and delicious treats someone like me can find! Before all this I might have taken you instead if I didn't have him on my hunt, but now I wouldn't even want to have you if you where the last prey for me to catch on a 100 Miles radius!" The Leopard said as he went on and on about how beyond annoyed and tired he was of Thurston's antics, and Thurston in return was feeling more and more as a "failure" in his role as a prey.
"Honesty I wouldn't even want to feel the taste of you now! Cause my tongue would be...OMP!!!" The Leopard said before suddenly getting pinned down by the big fat zebra that was now standing over him!
All of those bad words about how much he had failed to make himself look "tasty" to the hunting Leopard had finally made it all snap for Thurston, who was going to show him now that he was worthy of being this predators food. (No matter if the predator in question wanted to eat him or not!)
Right now it was actually the predator fearing the prey mostly as the Leopard nervously asked "W-What are you going to do to me?...GACK!!!" before getting a hoof pushed deep down into his throat!
For Thurston he had started to do some reverse thinking here, and decided that if the predator wasn't going to try and eat him then he was going to force-feed himself into the predator! (In that way his enemy would have no other choice than to taste him!)
For the Leopard this was all very strange and kinda bizarre as he had this clearly overfeed zebra now forcing both of his front hoofs down into his throat, and forcing him to swallow them down! (But most surprising probably was at how well this obvious weak prey was still having him trapped fully in it's grip.)
Thurston still didn't see any flaws in his crazy plan as he now had his hoofs starting to enter the belly, and his own head was about to enter inside.
"Do you like this Predator?! Do you feel how tasty I am now?!" Thurston shouted from inside the Leopard's jaws as he was rubbing his face up against the other animal's tongue!
Still the zebra continued his mission of proving himself as "the best meal ever" as he let his head entering the stomach chamber, all while it was now time for this enormous stomach to enter the Leopard's mouth!
So far the very confused predator had not been able to tell if it was a punishment or a reward for what was happening to him now, but once that big stomach of the zebra was starting to try and squish itself into his very limited jaws it was starting to lean against the "punishment" side!
He could only open his jaws just so much, so when something much more rounder then what was his limits was trying to press itself inside he was worried he might end up with his jaws getting ripped off his face completely!
Luckily for him even Thurston seemed to feel how hard it was to get his grass filled gut completely through, so he started to breathe out and sucking in his belly as much as he could. (All to make sure he was able to go all the way to prove his point!)
Once the belly beyond all odds managed to get pressed through his mouth entrance swallowing the rest of the zebra honestly felt like a brief, as the Leopard was at this point feeling so worn out by this whole process that he wasn't noticing a few more swallows until both the flanks and the hind legs also was passed himself now!
Looking down he only saw a wiggling zebra tail finding it's way down into his throat before all he had now was the largest belly bulge of all time!
The Leopard was now in need of a few good deep breaths to fully get a grip with what had just happened to him!
He had entered these foreign lands to hunt for a Okapi that he had been following for a very long time, run into this strange male zebra that on multiple occasions had been doing nothing but ruining his attempts to find said Okapi again, and now when he was telling the zebra once and for all that he didn't want to even consider tasting him the zebra starts stuffing itself into him!
He was now too full to barely stay awake, and he was in no way going to be able to hunt for that Okapi now. (Partly cause he would be to slow to catch him, and partly cause he honestly couldn't imagine himself eating anything else now!)
"Pant!" "Pant!" "W-Why did you do something like this to me, zebra?" The Leopard asked his zebra sized belly, and from the insides Thurston was probably asking the very same thing.
"Well, I did it! I finally got the upper hand of that snobby Leopard, and got him to eat me up instead of that Okapi fellow. I AM the most delicious prey out there, and there is nothing that is a much more clear proof of that then that I am not stuck and trapped into the very belly of...the predator...that didn't...want to...eat me...Oh no!" Thurston said to himself as he first now realized just how stupid of an idea this had actually been, and he tried desperately to do what he was best at (Panic and Run!), but found that in his now very cramped place he couldn't do any kind of running and was truly 100% doomed as food to this predator now!
And as Thurston started to realize the horrors of his situation the very stuffed Leopard started to see the blessing in this strange act, as his face of the sickness from being so full was turning more and more into a face of cruel joy over the stupid zebra's acting.
Looking down at his very shaking belly (As the cowardly zebra leader was now trying his hardest to get out) the Leopard smiled and patted his gut as he said, "I have to give this to you. You are always filled with surprises and never let one know what you might do next. I have never in my life even heard about a story so strange as a "Prey feeding itself to a Predator", but you are a living proof that really everything is possible."
He then slowly got up on all four, and with his super-sized belly dragging against the grass under it the Leopard was now focusing on leaving the Pride Rocks.
"Okapis are usually more delicious ones, but you where the most filling meal I have ever had! I can go on for months now without eating anything else!" He said as he started to make his long journey back towards his more familiar hunting grounds, all while Thurston sadly first now had learned that maybe some times it is okay to not be the best at everything. (Especially when it is about anything regarding being a "Prey".)
