Yeah someone told me about it a few years ago and it really works.
Also one thing I've found that works is to take night time theraflu. Even if it's durring the day. (Just make sure you only take the recommended dosages)
I would do that as well as taking Zinc and literally sleep through the sickness in about 3 days.
