I was remembering the time that I used to frequent Astronomy Class. We usually goes to an old airport ( far from the city becouse the city's light may hinder to see the stars), pick some old cushions or matresses and we just lay down on the lane, looking at the stars while our teacher explain how to locate some constelations like Orion. Sometimes we pick a telescope to see the planets or the moon. It was pretty fun...

Cute picture. My astronomy class was held in an Observatory on campus... they'd turn out the lights and I'd completely nod off... Hoorah for being in High School and College at the same time.
As for the picture, it's really really easy just to use a filter to creat something, but I highly recommend doing your own clouds... sort of makes it a bit more personal. The stars are sort of uniform in brightness as well, I'd suggest when making a starfield that you also create a masking layer and apply the cloud filter to that to add some varience.
Still a nifty picture though, I always enjoy pictures like this.
