Generic background is generic. I'm actually really proud of the way this came out. Maybe in a few years I'll look back on this and cringe, but for now it serves its purpose.
===Bio===
Xithe Shadescale (20), male Shadow Dragon

</3: Belligerent children, wasted food, waking up early, marketing calls, belligerent adults.
Born a completely mundane human, I had a fairly average childhood growing up. Only a deep set awe for dragonkind marked me as any different as the rest of my peers.
In my teens, I began to experience oddly vivid dreams. These, along with mounting pressure after moving schools and leaving everyone he knew behind, constantly tried me. In an act of rebellion, I withdrew from social contact, leaving myself metaphorically stranded alone.
While this phase was short lived, it gave me a time to reflect on my life, and the changes going on around and within me. This cumulated with my first shift into my dragon form.
Now, many years later, I works hard to maintain my human life without missing out on my draconic one. It is sometimes difficult, with bills and a job and whatnot, but it’s rewarding to partake in this world as both a dragon and a human.
Of course, that doesn’t mean I will ever miss a chance to fly free and unrestrained, even for just a moment.
