Earlier in July, I'd received in my Yahoo! inbox an updated edition of news from Scrabble Club 276, which included a variety of photographs of its many members and the prizes they'd won each week. Naturally, I was among the list of winners...
At the May 11th meeting, club president Sandee Bloom was giving out a prize in honor of "Jigsaw Puzzle Day": a miniature jigsaw puzzle that (when completely assembled) produces a print of a classic Norman Rockwell image. I'd won said prize, and Sandee took a picture of me with it, using her digital camera.
So, this belated 'photo-op' (one day after "Throwback Thursday") displays yours truly with said prize and a sign announcing the occasion. My next 'photo-op' will show all of you how I'd won the jigsaw puzzle.
