a relatively neutral easy to use base free for anyone to use.
If you have your own program you want to use to recolor go ahead.
however if you don't, you can just save it as a .gif file and open it on this site to edit easily.

RULES!

-give credit where needed.
-please do not "fix" it if you feel the frames are put together wrong, I worked hard on this and would appreciate it if you left all basic positions alone. however, there are 4 panels of the same pic and to make the bounce shorter you can remove up to three of them
-other than that you can add anything you need to it to make the desired character.
- you ARE INDEED allowed to change the speed of the bounce as well as add a background if you wish.
