You figured correctly. Sorry about the goof up. Anyway, the link answered my question about if the graphics were designed by the same artist. I just recall playing this game as a "Substitute" for Police Force way back in the late 1980s in an arcade that doesn't exist any more. The last time I got my Police Force Fix was at the Dallas Pinball Festival in 2008.
