It's kidn of..vent art.. Just bubbled up.. Sometimes there is just too much of urge to strangle or tear apart one of those assholes our life depends on and they think that they are absolute truth and wisdon. For example, "child obundsmen", who on one side, push draconic laws against exposing childrens to any information about real life realities, violence, terrorism, etc. On other hand they issue law that would put underage kids into jail, if they don't report their suspicions about what people are doing or saying (presumably, about terrorism!)
