This TOS applies the moment you request a Quote, and applies whether you read it in it’s entirety or not. Any changes to my TOS apply immediately and override any previous TOS statements and conditions.
General Information
》I only work with people aged 18 and over. By commissioning me you agree that you are 18 years old or older, and thus legally able to agree to and enter a contract.
》Please be sure you can afford to Commission me before committing.
》If you don’t see what you’d like on my price sheet, feel free to ask!
》All prices displayed are in American Dollars (USD$). This is the only currency I accept.
》I will only trade via PayPal, using Goods & Services.
》All prices displayed are the Base Price; The cost of your piece may increase with complexity.
》I am happy to try and work to a budget. Please feel free to discuss this with me!
》I am usually willing to try new things, but please respect my response if I feel uncomfortable with a certain subject, or if I know that I am not skilled enough with a certain theme;

》I generally have a great turn-around, but I do prefer to work while inspired to ensure you get the best of my abilities.
》I can give you an approximate/estimated turnaround time for your piece at the time of your Quote and Payment (this may change depending on the time between the Quote and Payment, and on any unforeseen events arising).
》I am happy to provide WIPs upon request.
》You are free to message me via my Page to check on the progress of your Commission.
》Please do not Spam me for updates. More frequently than once every second day is considered Spam.
》I live in the Australian Eastern Standard timezone (AEST +10). Please keep this in mind when we are in contact.

Process
Contact me via my Facebook Page for a Quote. Please provide all references and information for your piece,
Once the price is agreed upon, and the Full Payment is made, you will be added to my Paid Queue,
You will receive a sketch to proof, where any number of changes (within reason, at my discretion) can be made without charge,
Once the sketch is approved, I will complete the piece. You may request stage by stage WIPs but please be advised that any major changes (defined by me, at my discretion) after the sketch stage may incur an Adjustment Fee,
Upon completion of your piece, you will be e-mailed two copies of your artwork. One of a reduced size, with my Signature and Watermark (SUBMIT version), and one of a large resolution with my Signature only (PERSONAL version).
》Quotes may expire at my discretion, or when Prices are revised.
》If you need a piece completed by a Deadline, please inform me when you request a Quote. A piece with a Deadline may have to Jump The Queue, and will incur a Jump Fee of at least 10% of the total Price.
》Deadlines carry no Guarantee. I will do my absolute best to meet them. You are not entitled to a refund, of either the Jump Fee or the total Price, if the Deadline is not met. Other compensation can be discussed.
Prices, Payment & Fees
》Prices are Base Prices, your Quote could exceed these due to complexity.
》Prices are final, unless I explicitly and in writing state otherwise.
》PayPal only.
》Goods & Services only.
》American Dollars (USD$) only.
》Payment must be received in full before I begin work.
》Once the Commission is paid for, you have committed to the purchase.
》Adjustment Fees must be paid in full before the changes are made.
》The $ value of the Adjustment Fee is subject to my interpretation.
》Jump Fees must be paid in full alongside your Regular Payment.
》Jump Fees are at least 10% of the total Price.
》Commissions intended for Commercial, Promotional or Advertisement purposes will incur either a License Fee or an agreement for Royalties/a share of Profits.
》 The $ value of the License Fee is subject to my interpretation.
Refunds
》Refunds for Buyer’s Remorse are Not Accepted.
》You are not entitled to a Full Refund at any stage.
》Refunds must be requested before or at/during the Proof Sketch Stage.
》A Refund Request must contain a legitimate reason (decided at my discretion).
》Refunds are, at their maximum, 75% of the Price.
》Refunds requested beyond the Proof Sketch Stage will be denied.
》In the case of a Denied Refund, I will complete your Commission in full, for what I was paid for. Please be sure you can afford to commission me before committing.
Copyright, Licenses & Sourcing
》Upon completion of you Commission, you will receive two versions. The file containing in the File Name, and that is referred to as the, SUBMIT (version) is to be used for online and public distribution. The file containing in the File Name, and that is referred to as the, PERSONAL (version) is to be used for personal use only - it is not to be shared online or publicly.
》You may not alter your Commission to remove, hide or otherwise interfere with my Signature and/or Watermark.
》When sharing your Commission online, you must credit me directly by Artist Name (Alealia) and provide a Link or Tag for at least one of the following Online Platforms; Facebook (Alealia), FurAffinity (Alealia), Tumblr (AlealiaArt), Instagram (AlealiaArt).
》You may not claim your Commission as your own work.
》You may not use your Commission for Commercial, Promotional or Advertisement purposes.
》Intention or need for a Commission to be used for Commercial, Promotional or Advertisement purposes must be discussed when requesting a Quote.

》I also do art streams sometimes where I might be working on commissions, personal projects, or take ideas/requests! If I plan on streaming, I will make a post with a link, so stay tuned!
》I do accept tips!
》I have my art available for viewing on several sites such as tumblr, furaffinity, instagram, facebook and deviantart!
