Second character of the main timeline material for future ZRPS stuff if I ever get to it.
Tycho Cal was a Special Action Team (SAT) Officer in one of the harshest districts in Avethen's capital.
After a run in with the freshly lobotomized Orax Alcoma during a simple sweep and secure mission at a Kombust Organization underground laboratory, Tycho went on to found a Mercenary band with the Ravat. Hunted as a vigilante by the Kombust, Tycho operates well outside of the law with his Mercenary band known as the Redcoats, and works to bring down the Kombust where ever it shows its face.
