Houston was the second fattest city in the USA in 2004, when Supersize Me came out. Detroit was fatter, but I already put "Cars" there =P I picked the VLA for New Mexico because I think it looks cool! ^^

Didn't know about Houston. Was there maybe 20 years ago. I'm in Minneapolis. Fishing, hunting, lutefisk and lefsa! (we got a lot of Sweeds and Norwegians here). Also a lot of grain farming in the western half of the state.

I think my country is dominated by some viking ancestry too, though I think a lot of it is Irish/English/Other =P I put ice hockey in Minnesota because the Minnesota Wild play there and I thought it was the most suitable spot on the map somehow.

Yep--it works. Lot of hockey fans/players here, too, though I think Canada wins the stereotype for hockey.

Awesome man. I truly like this. One little glaring thing though...the Amish folk are predominately found in upstate Pennsylvania...not the upper Midwest. Overall though...very nice. I approve of this map...except for the use of the gator in Florida for football. That's nothing against you. That just stems from the fact that I graduated from the University of Georgia and us Dawgs and them Gators....don't get along to well. Big rivalry. It's funny that one of my truest friends in the whole world happens to be a Gator fan. I don't hold that against him...too much that is. Anyways...great job Keeny. Your maps are simply awesome.

There was no space to put the amish in Pennsylvania. It's not really an acurate map either (Arkansas is spelt wrong :P ) , so I don't think it should be taken too seriously.
