Man, I recently completed an OC whose entire job in life is to raep inanimate objects. I'm not sure what he would make of your sofa, but she might end up being some sort of untouchable wife-and-or-husband-like object for him, unbeknownst to her. XDD So much better than the usual fates of the chairs and tables he encounters on a daily basis.
