I'm only on msn; it's loopy_jackdawg at the moment due to me being sneaky and keeping out of the way of people. (you can tell Rush too so I don't have to send multiple messages :P laaazy and very incoherent)
I downloaded Skype, but I still don't have any headset ^^; about to fix that, though.
BTW, in response to your comment on dA (I can't reply there; computer lags & freezes) it's not so much the studies as my being unable to focus well enough that takes time and energy. >_> I need hours to circle down and get the peace of mind to get done what I need done. But I'm getting better at it. Procrastination is my major source of pain right now. It forces me to do two weeks' worth of cramming and writing in just a day or two and that takes the juice out of me; if I planned better I wouldn't be so exhausted, and I'm working on that. ^^;
I'm just a whole lot disoriented these days. *cough* If the texts get hard to comprehend I start spacing out and need to kick myself in the butt to get back to work. Also it may have something to do with a fear of actually accomplishing something. Growing up and all that jazz :/ I know. I'm nuts.

Actually, I'm guessing game design has its long hours of technicalities that aren't so fun, but necessary. I remember computer classes back in middle school; I hated the typing training, but man am I happy I went through it now. (that would be your very-basic level of "work that is boring but gets rewarded later" ^^; )
Hahahahaha XD Oh my, I feel my pun senses tingling.
No worries - if my plans hold, she'll be hooking up with a cross-dressing kitsune X3 (Oh, I should start drawing him... It's been ages.)
Actually, she and Machine are in different stories - it's almost like she IS the Citizen Machine of her world... Only that world is brighter than Machine's (I'm aiming for stories like early Dragonball...) and Crow is just a supportive character, while Machine is the main character of her story.
It's possible they're parallel universe equivalents of each other; they are of the same people(which exists in both stories), and they share the affection for aircraft... But some other traits are different.
Crow has someone else do the mechanics for her; a bulldog named Bristol (my brother's idea). Also Crow is more aware of how she dresses than City is. She's more playful, and more adventurous; less in need of something permanent to call home. But it still feels like they're "the same soul" in a way :) so yeah: parallel universe.
(I love parallel universes. Perhaps a bi-effect of adjusting to being a fan of a game character that exists in TEN official versions...)
Oh that was a lot of talking, and I still tried to keep it brief. I love to talk about my story ideas...

Cro-Magnon: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cro-Magnon
Bristol Bulldog: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bristol_Bulldog
Perhaps Bristol could have a son or young brother named Sopwith? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sopwith_Pup
Parallel universes - where would DC and Marvel be without them? And of course the best parallel universe is beyond the fourth wall! xD

Cro-Magnon, I knew about (I'm a girl. I have read the Auel books) but not the "Pup"! That's almost too good to pass up.
Oh yes. Fourth wall is a great dimension. XD And don't forget all the ten Sonic continuities - and the parallel universes within Archies version!

If I'm being nice and counting the games as one continuity (instead of two, or three, as game stories / characters and age differences/swaps would suggest) and don't count all the minor mangas and short films... yes. Ten.
The games, the three Western cartoons, the OVA, the two Western comics, the old Shogakukan Yonensei manga, Sonic X, and the Francis Mao promo comic (which was published before the release of the first game, and likely is the base for Fleetway's version). PHEW. And some fans actually try to claim there's a "true Sonic." XD Yyyyeah. Good luck with that. Have fun. :D
...The Auel books are "Clan of the Cave Bear" etc. Smut for ladies, with archaeological touches. :3
