The Raider Rammer as it was known, was a last ditch fighter in use by the forces of the 12 Colonies for use against Cylon aggressors should other means of stopping them fail. The tactic for using a Raider Rammer was to use the re-enforced wings to cut into the command areas of Cylon Raiders and hopefully survive the encounter.
