These are hand carved from scratch out of basswood and are just over 2 inches long.

Someone at the ren faire was interested in seeing my feathers. I brought my entire collection including two unpainted ones just to show what that was like. Turns out, she preferred the unpainted set. I don't know why I never considered that, they're gorgeous without the paint job!
