I'm fairly certain Fluttershy wanted to be a tree so her friend Treehugger would hug her and she wouldn't feel all anxious and akward about it!

When one has "tree" in their name, you should almost expect this sort of thing to happen occasionally! It's a good thing she seems to enjoy it, though! Very cute. :3

What a tree-mendously creative adaptation of her character! And the shapes you used for her legs and hooves becoming the trunk are absolutely perfect-- they fully suggest her old legs while leaving no doubt that they are completely a trunk.

You do fantastic work!
