Well I've been in a Toony Mood lately and i finally went ahead and made myself a new member to my ever growing list of characters (christ I have a lot XD)
Anyway meet Ciel Racctoon. At first he seems like a normal toony raccoon. But taking a closer look you see he has a few unque aspects about him. For starters His eyes are bright green stars. Not may toons have such a design in their eyes so he is pretty much one of a kind there.
Second thing you'll notice is that he is entirely made of a rubbery almost latex like substance. Thats right this guy is a walking talking inflatable raccoon. But whats more, is that this rubbercoon has a condition that causes him to randomly inflate at the worst possible moments. hHis nose could puff up. his belly could round out. His butt inflate. Or just his head in his entirety.
Of course his swelling can also be triggered by stimulation meaning if you rub him the right way you could make his chest or junk or anything you want swell up on command.
Because of his condition he is very shy, anxious, timid, and constantly blushing. Despite this he makes his living as a performer in a traveling toon circus (more often than not being the ball for the elephants to balance on or the clowns to use) but he also has a talent for tightrope walking and other balancing acts. Pretty easy to balance yourself when your as light as a feather~
Anyway, I hope you enjoy this guy and let me know what kinda silly situations you'd like to see this toon in. Or if you want feel free to draw him yourself~

D'aawwww, goodness, he's just so adorable~! His design looks very cute, and his bashful demeanor is rather fitting, considering the timing of his swelling, since it's so random--I bet it's a real treat watching him work in the circus, though. I bet he's really good at what he does! owo
