This is AXOL_OTL.EXE. Part axolotl, part android. The end result of an experiment involving an axolotl and a computer.
He is very crafty and mischevious. Has a habit of causing havoc with computers and any other technical thing.
He might just be the reason you have technical difficulties.
(His background story is still a WIP)
