haha, what a tangled web we weave...well more like tangled paper but you get the idea! haha great pic of perpetual paper pleating processing problems particularly of the pliable persuasion.

THAT WAS REALLY GOOD!
HE wasn't even looking!
I tried to watch videos of people making origami on YouTube... but sometimes their camera will stop focusing and it'll disappear from the screen for a second and come back totally different.
Or even when that's not the case IT'S STILL ORIGAMI.
Thank you.

Yikes! My compliments for having at least put forth the solid effort in attempting such an amazing feat. Personally, I'm lucky if I can get a fold right, let alone make anything interesting out of a piece of paper.
By-the-way, considering the "Origami Hell," I've got to know where you might have come across those specs for putting one together? I have a friend who is KING of origami and I'd love to see if he can accomplish this particular work. After all, this same friend will go into a restaurant, take the place mat, and turn it into an origami frog while he waits for his food. :)

Ehehe, it might not be origami, but I can at least make a ring you can wear on your finger out of a dollar bill! :3
...Except, when you give those away to people, maybe ask for a dollar back in return. ;O;
And I thought an origami yoshi would be a fun project, but I didn't see anything about making one one line. D: I based the steps off of making a Crane, since I think making a yoshi would be just slightly different.

That's not origami, I don't think... but it's a paper doll! (:
...Though, I can't do those either. ;__;
Your friend sounds like a good dinner guest. :D

Oh, he's something else. He actually gets into his most "Origami-Ness" when their be ladies present. My sister has two friends he has/had/has a crush on and, when they go out to a sit down restaurant, he'll just start making cranes, and frogs, and whatever you can think of out of the place mats. He eventually gets to the point where he will take everyone's place mat and there will be a collection of paper-friends strewn about the table. Some make it in the water glasses. Though, I have no clue how that happens nor do I claim responsibility for it either. <LoL!>
Ehehe, that reminds me of why I tried Origami in the first place. 8D
My sister was making someone a gift, and bought a wooden chest, and she was going to fill it with origami flowers and things for that person, and I was able to figure out how to make the flowers to help her.
But I only made four, and she gave her an empty chest in the end. 8D Origami wallows in unfulfillment.
