Giftart for:  Neko-maya

drawing 1 of my artist appreciation drawings goes to (of course) my favorite artist, Neotheta (previously known as Neko-maya). she has been my favorite artist since i saw her art and has remained such as i have explored the art community. why? her art perfectly defines what digital art is to me. thick black lines that are very comic-book like and double as shadows, also, the colors she uses are so bright and beautiful that i can never picture in my mind just how bright they are until i look again.

she has inspired me so much as an artist and especially my introduction to digital art, from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much

these "artist appreciation" drawings i'm doing for various artists all have a different goal, this drawing is a combination of my art and my (not very good) attempt at replicating Neothetas style. it probably looks like most of my other art and that's because i've learned a lot from looking at her artwork throughout the past few years.

again, thank you so much for all that i have learned from you and the inspiration that you have given me.
