And thanks for the advice, although I have a tendency to give everyone who might seem a troll a fair chance - I´ve personally experienced way too many situations in wich a person that seemed rude at first turned out to be just superficial and incapable of phrasing their opinion properly, and the resulting dialogue has often been surprisingly enlightening.
That doesn´t mean I don´t know a hater when I see one, but I always try to take a closer look first.
