I tried playing some "Pokemon GO", and it didn't go as well as my online friends said it would. I ended up only finding one other person playing it, other than that I found some heroine addicts, a Russian with a baseball bat that didn't seem too friendly, a few other lesser than noble individuals, a guy outside a Pentecostal church who wanted to "talk" to me, and sunburn along with a heat headache. I guess that's why most of the blue cube checkpoints are in the more open areas...
To make things worse, after over 2 hours, I only got 3 ratattats, a bellsprout, a sparrow, and after 29 minutes into an incense, a weedle. The only good thing I found was an eevee, which is something I hope I can make use of once I actually reach level 5. If only the 3g wasn't so spotty around here.

During a protest, a guy in a skyscraper started firing into the crowd, claiming he wanted to kill as many police and white people they could. In the end there were 5 police dead, a bunch more police wounded, and two civilians wounded. In the end, the police used a robot with a bomb they had to kill the shooter, because of course police need weapons that rival our military . All over the internet and youtube videos of the news, there's a BUNCH of people proclaiming that the shooter is a hero for doing what he did. If people are really thinking like that, and if police really start using explosives, we've got more problems on our hands than "tranny bathrooms".
I mean, shit like this kinda proves the police need those weapons... And of course people are supporting this guy. Because a lot of people are dumb to be quite frank. I would love to see these people spend a day in a country like sierra leyone. We've got the start of a reverse distopia here. How the fuck does that work?
