This is funny. I have a friend who was like that. She was a really big woman and she had a dildo business.
Her favorite joke to freak people out was to hand them a bag with a very realistic rubber penis inside. They would grab it for a second and then drop it when their hand felts the familiar shape/weight inside the bag.

She had the stomach staple surgery and she is not fat anymore. And she doesn't sell dildos either. Still a good friend of mine.
