I have a question, Levian isn't actually pregnant right? It's just caused by a magic spell and so there are no actual eggs involved at all? Thus getting the spell removed wouldn't be the same as getting an abortion right?

You misinterpreted it. The eggs, while magically created, are real enough. Levian is truly pregnant, but the spell on her stomach prevents the fully formed eggs from being birthed. Once out, they'll behave as a normal, full egg would. They're just...sort of frozen magically in place within Levian, unable to come out and unable to hatch.
