This is the first drawing I've created entirely in Inkscape.
When all my Adobe software died over a month ago, my world fell apart. Having come to the conclusion I just couldn't afford to pay Adobe £50 every month to use their pay-to-play software it felt like I'd never draw anything ever again. But I've found some (actually very good) free-to-use software and I've started to put my world back together again - this drawing has done a lot to restore my artworking confidence and belief in myself.
It seems I turn to drawing Dolphin Bomber when I'm at my lowest - she always helps me find my confidence again.

You might look into other programs like Clip Studio Paint, they have sales were you can buy their program for $15 to $20. It's like a fusion os Sai and Photoshop, it has vector layers for line art too, it's nice.
This drawing is really nice too! I like the colors and how smooth it looks! =D

I've been mostly getting to grips with Inkscape and Krita - they're not perfect but Inkscape can do almost everything I used Adobe Illustrator for. Krita has vector functionality too but it has some major bugs where the linework 'drifts' between file saves.
I'm glad you like the drawing!
