Haha I can see how coloring him was difficult, but you did a fairly good job. His color scheme is easy on the eyes, even the brighter green tongue/saliva in the tail's mouth. I do feel like the eyes are a little too desaturated, and perhaps using a similar bright green as the tail would help them stand out better. As they are now, their color actually clashes slightly with the rest of the colors and looks kind of cloudy.

The lining is fairly messy, so I would work on making the lines cleaner. But you do have decent line thickness. I don't really see any shading, only a few highlights, which are also pretty scribbly-looking. One more thing I would reccommend since I notice that the left arm's gray-to-black transition is a little muddy, is to either separate those layers (temporarily if you prefer) or highlight each side seperately so you can work with each area without having to awkwardly avoid blurring the stuff on the other side of the lines.
