Fable and Ifrit have their playful quarrels and faux bickering (such as stealing each others' shady spots lol) like siblings are wont to do, as is part of their nature, but when they get a long, they truly get along and it's quite an adorable sight to behold :D Like in this case, drinking water with each other, being able to feel the love they have as brother and sister ^^
