Awesome sprite work dude!
What material did you use to make the 2D sprite? Plastic beads? The material reminds me of a kids art set that allowed people to align the beads to make an image and then use a hot iron to melt the beads together. I just can't remember the name of the art set for the life of me!
Also as a side not, I can't believe this game is so rare that English versions of this game are selling for as little as $85 to $150 on amazon! WHAT MADNESS!!! And I got my copy today...I'm so happy right now.
